Responsibilities

Hexagon?s Asset Lifecycle Division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Strategy & Enablement Consultant to lead the operational coordination of Hexagon?s strategic initiatives within our Portfolio Strategy & Enablement (PSE) function. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
? Design and ongoing management of the tracking system in Wrike
? Tracking and reporting of all initiatives, with the escalation of major risks, achievements and/or concerns
? Quality control to ensure data quality and proper context
? Ensuring actions related to initiatives are being executed per the plan/schedule
? Performance monitoring
? Tracking and reporting of the top priorities against established baseline metrics
? Oversight of metrics analysis to ensure appropriate conclusions and recommended actions are assessed quarterly
? Management Reporting
? Standards for and oversight of the production of PSE?s management outputs for:
? Monthly Management Meetings
? QBR (for Corporate and Regional reviews)
? MTFP
? Ad-Hoc Requests

Education / Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
? Minimum 5 years experience with the operational coordination of multiple, cross-functional programs;
? Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
? A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
? Ability to travel 10%
