What you?ll be doing?
As a GenAI Product Manager, you will be part of Verizon Business Group Technology Solutions organization in building deep learning and Generative AI capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of Generative AI into our products and their customer experience. You will be responsible for programs and initiatives that leverage Generative AI technologies across different products within Verizon Business Group.
You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Product, Marketing, Technology Solutions peer teams, IT, Partners, and Global Customer Operations teams to execute growth projects and new products and features. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development. The ideal candidate will also understand prompt engineering, build domain-specific models leveraging (ideally) vector search, and/or have experience with fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models).
Responsibilities will include:
? Leading technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews
? Integrating your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis
? Responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision-making, and business impact
? Developing and managing end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
? Articulating to stakeholders your team?s technology vision, requirements, goals, and milestones
? Providing hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
? Owning the execution of or applying AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, NLP, speech/audio, or personalization
What we?re looking for?
You?ll need to have:
? Bachelor?s degree or four or more years of work experience.
? Six or more years of relevant work experience.
? Experience introducing new products to end customers that have dramatically changed market dynamics.
? Knowledge of Gen AI and ML landscape and can shape strategy and engage with stakeholders.
? Five or more years experience as a Product Manager
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
? Bachelors degree in related field.
? Experience in product management with technical products
