What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
? Input data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
? Verify data accuracy before entry and report any errors to the supervisor
? Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform filing and copying tasks
? Spend approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative duties

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
? Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
? Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience
? Minimum of one to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Reading knowledge of Spanish, as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in this language
? Social perceptiveness and service orientation
