Programming Instructor / Teacher (web development & software development) ? REMOTE ($35/hr)

Our organization is growing quickly, and we?re looking for new instructors for either our Web Development OR our Software Development programming class. You will teach programming using our award-winning, already-built, proven curriculum to 6-12th graders completely online. There?s nothing for you to do except bring your English skills and be able to understand/teach the material... clearly.

Location: Position is fully remote

Pay: Starts at $35/hour

Position: 2 available ? 1 for web development (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) & 1 for software development (PHP/SQL)

Note: Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. An instructor is allowed to teach both classes if they have the skills to do so.

What we?re looking for:
? Teach programming to 6-12th graders using our award-winning, already-built, proven curriculum. You will not need to create any new material, as the curriculum is already provided.
? Instructor needs to be proficient in HTML/CSS/JS and/or PHP/SQL
? Instructor will need to be able to read the set curriculum, explain concepts, facilitate discussions, and answer questions fluently in English
? Classes are typically held during weekday evenings and during the weekends ? Because students are in school and parents are at work, a majority of your classes will be on weekday evenings and/or during the weekends. There is flexibility to choose when you have availability/classes, but you would need to be able to work those time frames consistently.
? Access to a computer setup that has two screens (example: laptop + external monitor or desktop with 2 monitors) and high-speed internet is required.
? Respond promptly to clients regarding questions and requests
