Develop and refine design concepts based on client needs.? Produce schematic drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D images.? Collaborate with the Interior Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager.Final Design -? Translate client requirements into detailed designs.? Coordinate the architectural design with site, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.? Assist in developing project specifications.Architectural Programming -? Engage with clients to define project goals and requirements.? Analyze site conditions and develop a project summary document.Construction Documents & Administration -? Finalize design details and coordinate with other disciplines.? Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and participate in punch list reviews.Business Development -? Develop preliminary design concepts for proposals.? Present design ideas during client interviews.Qualifications -? Master of Architecture (Required)?
