? POSITION: Project Manager ? HUD Environmental Services
? LOCATION: Dallas, TX or Houston, TX
? AEI Consultants has an opportunity available for a full-time Environmental Project Manager to perform various environmental due diligence projects within our HUD Services division.
? ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Environmental reviews
? State and federal regulatory program file reviews
? Field investigations
? Basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance
? Performance of environmental due diligence projects

Requirements: ? Experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred ? Experience in or knowledge of the Related Federal Laws and Authorities as described under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 ? Experience with completing Part 50 and Part 58 Environmental Review Records for local, state and federal agencies ? Extensive knowledge and experience in... assessing various property types ? Experience in evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, and NPL sites preferred ? Experience with HEROS (HUD Environmental Review Online System) preferred ? Excellent writing skills required ? Be extremely organized and have great time management and multi-tasking skills ? Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels ? Willingness to travel if necessary ? Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff ? State regulatory knowledge preferred ? Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work is a plus ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Corel DRAW a plus ? Experience with managing various vendors and subcontractors preferred ? Bidding and project cost estimation preferred
