Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Project Manager - Non Tech. The purpose of the Skills and Social Impact team is to help skill at scale 26M people in digital and AI skills for the AI economy. Key Projects: This Project Manager will support the Skills for Social Impact (SSI)program team in determining, designing and delivering go-to-market program and field... enablement resources, processes and tools. This role will support the planning, production, and delivery of resources required for Skills for Social Impact insights, direct-to-learner offers, global programs and depth programs. This role will consist of 40% design and developing go-to-market resources and materials, 40% project management (multiple projects at once), and 20% meetings/emails/administration. Responsibilities: ? Resource need consultation and development ? End to end coordination of resource development to achieve programmatic impact ? Update/create and deploy content for SSI Program projects and initiatives, and other initiatives that drive SSI Program business goals ? Maintenance and creation of resource locations and pages within SSI Teams ? Maintain and support web resources for SSI ? Collaborate with broader SSI team for reporting including creation of evaluations, surveys, and retrospectives for collection of data as appropriate ? Follow through from planning to successful delivery, to look-backs and develop reporting for leadership review ? Support enablement process development ? Additional ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements
? No degree is required to be eligible for this role, but is nice to have
? 4+ years of experience with communication and writing skills
? 4+ years of experience with marketing and content creation
? 4+ years of experience with program management
? 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, program management
? Marketing and communications experience
? Experience building resources for a launch
? Writing, design, and PowerPoint skills
? Experience with content development (slides/flyers etc., for events and conferences)
? Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
