Qualifies the plan against KPI?s for success and reports progress on a consistent basis. Recognizes the need to escalate risks with the proper level of urgency, driving the planning and execution of mitigation strategies to avoid project failure.

Demonstrates capabilites of Program Management where related projects are being run in tandem or with cross-dependencies. Communicates effectively to all levels of the organization, from project team members to executive leadership.

Builds effective cross-functional and cross-organizational relationships through a collaborative and consultative approach, balancing the needs of the business with the best interest of the project and its team members. Drive disciplined project execution through discovery, initiation, and planning before work begins.

Partners with Product Development on the execution of the Lean framework, including LACE, across Repair OnDemand.

? Strategy Define the project goals and objectives, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and direction. Assess the complexity and cross-functional impact through engagement with leaders and delegates across the business.
? Planning Leverage appropriate tools to create a project plan with work schedule, critical path, and milestones.
? Risk Management Surface known and unknown, potential and realized risks, raising them to the proper stakeholders and plan mitigation strategies to limit or avoid impact. Track and report progress and changes.
? Communication Ensure the proper messages are being conveyed both timely and consistently to the proper audience for both cadenced reporting and immediate messaging.
? Reporting Design, maintain, and evolve all aspects of project reporting, including risk, progress, milestones, and executive read-outs.
? Meeting Management Take ownership of project meetings, delivering actionable, outcome-based agendas ahead of time, disciplined discussions during, and proper post-meeting recaps with action items and next steps to be incorporated back into the project plan.
? Change Management Enables changes to the project in a disciplined manner in line with the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) enabling project teams to adapt and pivot cohesively and without chaos or ambiguity.

Minimum Qualifications
? Associate?s degree or project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) with relevant working experience.
? Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a complex business environment.
? Working knowledge of Agile and/or LEAN
? Demonstrable experience using project management software such as SmartSheet, MS Project, or other to build and manage projects.
? Understanding and prior application of project KPI?s
? Knowledge of program management fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
? Excellent report writing and presentation skills
? Problem solving and decision making, sound judgment
? Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
? Experience managing projects within a program

Work environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

Physical demands

Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
