What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
• Provide support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing inquiries on benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizations
• Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of provider issues
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers as primary tools
