Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Product Analyst at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and create testing strategies that guarantee our products meet customer expectations and business objectives. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you evaluate product requirements, design test plans, and execute test cases that identify potential issues before they reach our users.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and conducting manual testing as necessary. You will also analyze test results, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any defects or areas for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members will be essential in driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.

You will be expected to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. Requirements

– Bachelor? degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Product Analyst role.

– Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

– Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.

– Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.

– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

– Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.

– Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools.

– Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product features and functionality.

– Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features continue to function correctly after changes.

– Create and maintain testing documentation, including test scripts, test cases, and test reports.

– Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.

– Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
