Compensation $3000/Month + Commissions Compensation: $3,000 monthly + Commissions Responsibilities: ? Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward ? Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed ? Follow up with warm prospective seller leads via phone, email, and other forms of communications ? Qualify the incoming leads and quickly schedule in-person listing appointments for our Listing Agents ? Call our team?s past clients to maintain an ongoing relationship ? Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close ? Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region ? Update the company?s CRM with notes to ensure the team has up-to-date information regarding the lead ? Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks ? Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions and market trends ? Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers ? Facilitate the contract process by building rapport with and overcoming objections from clients Qualifications: Qualifications ? Preference for a Bachelor?s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work ? +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired ? Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented ?
