What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including posting job ads and developing sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assist teams in resume screening
• Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
• Participate in recruiting events and promote the employer brand

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet a travel expectation of 25%
• Proven experience hiring for industrial or manufacturing-type positions
• Proficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS systems

• Located in the Central/Mid-Atlantic region (AR, MO, WI, PA, WV preferred)
• Full recruitment lifecycle experience
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
