What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Organize and implement recruitment plans for pharmacy interns, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
? Collaborate with business partners to report staffing statistics and develop recruiting strategies
? Assist in college recruitment days and develop pharmacy recruitment programs
? Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
? Travel to university events and professional organization conferences as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (BS) or PharmD
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations, Human Resources, or Pharmacist Professional Recruitment
? Valid driver's license for business travel
? Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
? Strong organizational and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience participating in professional pharmacy organizations
? Previous involvement in college recruitment initiatives
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
? Ability to lecture or present at pharmacy schools
? Knowledge of current trends in pharmacy recruitment
