Job Description

Bynder is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and self-motivated recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles while providing an excellent candidate experience.

This role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months with an opportunity to extend depending on company needs. This position is based in the United States and open to remote work. We will consider candidates interested part-time or full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Driving the process from sourcing to offer stage
? All aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for requisitions within Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc
? Creating a best in class candidate experience
? Working closely with managers and c-level hiring managers to assemble effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
? Adapting to changes in hiring goals and priorities
? Understanding each candidate?s specific needs, verifying their background and experience

Qualifications

Qualifications
? 3-5+ years recruiting experience
? Expertise in conducting initial phone screens and relaying feedback to hiring managers
? Experience recruiting for tech and non-tech positions
? Ability to work a mutually-benefiting negotiation for both the candidate and Bynder
? Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
? Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools

BONUS SKILLS:
? Experience recruiting for a SaaS, and/or marketing technology company
? SmartRecruiter experience
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
