Position Summary:

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Carl Buddig and Company. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in a designated region, building, and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: ? Establish and maintain relationships with clients. ? Manage perishable food broker network within the region. ? Educate clients and attend trade/food shows to conduct product demonstrations. ? Generate potential leads for future sales. ? Set and exceed quotas. ? Track and report sales. ? Demand planning. ? Work with customer service team overseeing orders and being a liaison for communicating issues with accounts. ? Approving promotional activities and handling account deductions. ? Communicate effectively with other members of the team.

Qualifications: ? Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills ? Experience in setting and achieving sales targets ? Strong negotiation and communication skills ? Ability to analyze sales data and market trends ? Proven track record of successful sales performance ? Excellent organizational and time management skills ? Experience in the food industry or consumer perishable goods sector is a plus ? Bachelor's degree ? 7 to 10 years of sales experience ? CPG broker management background ? Experience calling on independent grocery accounts and regional grocery accounts in and around Texas, Lousianna, Oklahoma and Tennessee ? Skilled in all Microsoft Office and Outlook. ? Experience with IRI and Nielson Data analysis. ? Generate presentations and present data to clients. ? Travel required- up to 50% per week
