What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region in support of national objectives
• Maintain and expand the customer base by collaborating with sales representatives and identifying new customer opportunities
• Prepare competitive quotes and close sales
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them
• Plan and prioritize territory sales activities to achieve agreed-upon goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must live in Texas, preferably in Dallas
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred
• Industry experience is preferred
• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Strong networking capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 2 years of experience in sales within the lighting or technology industry
• Experience working with CRM programs
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
