Remote! $21-$24 Licensed Healthcare Agent (Must have a valid NPN #)

RemX is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Medicare CSRs for our client. This is a Direct Hire position, and all equipment will be mailed out.
? Title: Remote Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent
? Start Date: Asap...
? Training: 2-4 weeks; Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm CST/EST
? Hours After Training: 6am-2am (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within this range)
? Non-Bilingual Pay: $21 an hour
? Bilingual Pay: $24 an hour (Must speak fluent English & Spanish & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational)

Important Info:
? NO cold calls
? Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program
? Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest
? Health Insurance license must be in good standing; required/verified
? High speed internet & a quiet place to work
? Must reside in the state you are licensed

Duties:
? Provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model.
? Be a team player.
? Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
? Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.
? Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
? Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.

Qualifications: ? Current Health insurance license in your state of residence ? High speed internet access (>15 mbps) ? Minimum six (6) months Healthcare sales experience ? Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (Just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Computer savvy
