Remote Bookkeeper/Operations Manager/Admin Support - Part-Time | WFH
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to oversee our day-to-day financial operations while providing essential administrative support. This remote, part-time position is designed for individuals who excel in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and are eager to enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. Key Responsibilities
? Work in a part-time capacity, fully remote, with approximate hours ranging from 5 to 15 per week, allowing for flexible scheduling.
? Execute daily bookkeeping responsibilities, including the meticulous recording of financial transactions, ledger maintenance, and bank statement reconciliation.
? Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to guarantee prompt invoicing and payment collection.
? Ensure timely payroll processing and maintain vendor payments with accuracy.
? Assist with financial reporting and data entry tasks as required.
? Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, which includes managing schedules, handling email correspondence, and preparing necessary documentation.
? Contribute to the operational tasks that facilitate seamless business functions.
Required Skills
? Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and the management of daily financial operations, preferably within a small business context.
? Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting software is essential.
? Strong organizational capabilities with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
? Basic knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
? A strong desire to learn and develop alongside the company, adapting to new tools and industry practices.
Qualifications
? Relevant experience in bookkeeping, with a minimum of 2 years in a financial operations role being preferable.
? Educational background including a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
