Job Description: We are seeking experienced Remote Bookkeepers with proven US experience to join our exclusive network of professionals. Key Responsibilities: ? Categorize transactions in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently. ? Apply payments and reconcile accounts. ? Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding unpaid invoices. ? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. ? Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed. ? Utilize industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if necessary).

Requirements

Qualifications: ? Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred). ? Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. ? Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ? Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.
