(REMOTE) Call Center Agent/Representative

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy

Provide accurate information regarding products and services

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Document all customer interactions in the company CRM system

Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate

Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure

Proficient in using computers and various software applications

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

PAY RATE : $21.32 - $33.82 Hourly
