Remote Call Center Rep

Schedule Availability: The candidate should be able to work the following schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5

Pay Rate: $22/hr...

Work Model: Training will be onsite which we will be there for the first two weeks for training and after for questions and then they can work from home. Will be required to go in office as needed.

Location: Fort Worth, TX, USA

Start Date: asap (TBD, req shows 8/21 which of course is not correct, so assuming asap)

Interview Style: TBD

Requirements:

? Previous call center experience preferred (at least 1 year CC exp)
? Strong critical thinking skills, Time Management, Collaboration and open communication in team environment, Conflict resolution, Work flexibility, Attention to detail, Strong technical skills
