Large Footwear Company is Hiring Multiple Customer Service Representatives in Texas! Must reside in Texas to be considered.

? Fully Remote- Must provide your own equipment.
? Preferred experience with email or chat support.
? Pay: $16 Hourly.
? Must be open to work various shifts including evenings or weekends.
? Start date: 10/21

Description:
? The Customer Care Rep provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat and email.
? Majority of emails and calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
? Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions.
