What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to commercial insurance inquiries
• Follow communication scripts while using product knowledge to address customer needs off-script when necessary
• Build positive relationships through exceptional customer service and effective resolution of inquiries
• Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for service and productivity
• Maintain a dedicated workspace and ensure proper equipment setup for remote work

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a call center environment
• Minimum of 2 years working remotely
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong experience with technology and proficiency in Google Workplace and CRM software
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Exceptional time management and decision-making abilities
