As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Proficiency in typing and computer skills Skills: ? Strong attention to detail ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Empathy and patience when dealing with customers ? Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies Experience: ? 1-2 years of customer service experience ? Experience with online chat support tools is a plus
