Key Responsibilities
? Forge and sustain robust relationships with both insured clients and third-party administrators.
? Oversee and direct the claims process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
? Conduct comprehensive claim reviews to discern trends and identify areas for enhancement.
? Evaluate the claims handling capabilities of potential clients.
? Establish precise case evaluations to support claims processes.
? Guarantee adequate reserves for excess losses.
? Emphasize risk management and mitigation strategies.
? Apply your outstanding skills in litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving to attain favorable resolutions.
? Travel as necessary for mediations, client interactions, and seminars.
Required Skills
? Proven experience managing complex, litigated transportation claims or relevant commercial liability claims, preferably in commercial auto.
? Proficiency in collaborating with third-party administrators or claims departments of insured clients.
? Advanced litigation, negotiation, problem-solving, and mediation capabilities.
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
? Understanding of injury evaluations.
? Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications
? Relevant experience in managing complex claims within the transportation or commercial liability domains is essential.
