What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to automotive dealerships
• Research and assist with profile-related inquiries and vehicle orders
• Track vehicle shipments and manage car warranty assistance
• Escalate critical orders as necessary to ensure timely processing
• Maintain a positive attitude while handling inbound and outbound communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in roles involving customer interaction
• Proficient computer, typing, and phone skills
• Ability to problem-solve and effectively resolve customer issues
• Reliable availability to work scheduled shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time
