Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at Tesla in Houston, Texas. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while representing the Tesla brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3... years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about Tesla products and services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
• Escalate complex customer problems to the appropriate department for resolution
• Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers at all times
• Stay up-to-date on Tesla products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
• Confident and resourceful personality traits
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage people and demonstrate emotional intelligence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
