What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Understanding and implementing inbound and outbound calling strategies
• Handling overflow inbound service calls promptly and efficiently
• Assisting customers with scheduling appointments and providing support
• Collaborating with Service Managers to enhance the customer experience
• Maintaining knowledge of dealership systems, technologies, marketing campaigns, and manufacturer updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Proficiency in phone and computer systems
• Professional and courteous communication skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Previous experience in call center and appointment setting roles
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
