What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees
? Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities
? Coordinate facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and timely delivery
? Provide help desk support to network pharmacies
? Make outgoing calls to confirm information necessary for processing customer requests

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? HS diploma required
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
? Strong patient-centered focus and excellent communication skills, especially via phone
? Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong computer proficiency
? Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
