Requirements
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? Proven customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Proficient in basic computer applications
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
? Provide accurate information about flights, services, and policies
? Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
? Assist customers with booking, modifications, and cancellations
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain and update customer records in the database
? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
