Positions Schedule
? Monday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)
? Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break

Job Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher that is positive, detail-oriented, and wants to join a successful team in Chantilly, VA. The CSR/Dispatcher's duties include but are not limited to:
? Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
? Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician s schedule as needed
? Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
? Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
? Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
? Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
? Being a good teammate to coworkers
? Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer

Requirements
? Previous experience in a call center
? Must be able to type ~70 wpm
? MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
? Ability to work independently as well as within a team
? Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
? Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively

Remote Work Requirements

SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:
? High Speed internet
? Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise

Compensation
? This job role is between $16-$19/hr based on experience
? There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000+ per month
