What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Processing billing calls and investigating meter read requests
? Handling emergency calls and processing customer move-ins
? Routing escalated customer issues for resolution
? Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements
? Meeting individual deadlines and team goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? One (1) year of customer service experience
? Computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
? Solid written and verbal communication skills
? Must be 18 years of age or older

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
? 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
? Utility experience
? Advanced computer skills
? Ability to type 60-65 WPM
