Working Hours

Flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM ? 8 PM EST.

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Provide accurate information about products and services.
? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
? Maintain customer records by updating account information.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
? Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence.
? Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.
