Remote Data Entry (Must live in MN or WI)

Position? Data Entry Specialist

Job Location? Remote - must live within WI or MN

Employment Term- Temp to Hire, starting March 2025

Employment Type? Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift)?

1st Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri

2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm, Mon-Fri

Starting Pay? $14.00 per hour

Required Education? High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience? Previous high volume data entry experience preferred, typing tests required

As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification of data online interface with a high level of accuracy and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Duties
? Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
? Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
? Complete understanding of business rules.
? Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
? Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
? Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.

Requirements
? 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy
? Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts.
? Must have personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse
? Windows 8.1 or higher required
? Wi-Fi security has WPA2 protection or better
? Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
? Can work full time on 1st shift
? Must have private office space that is not in a shared, common household area
? Must have computer with 10-key keypad and mouse
