Job Description

This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home for under 4 hours daily. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent typing speed and accuracy


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Strong communication skills


• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information in database systems


• Verify data by comparing it to source documents


• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records


• Manage and organize records and files


• Prepare and sort documents for data entry


• Respond to information requests from authorized members


• Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits

Educational Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role. Additional training or certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.

Experience
