Available Positions:
? Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a people-focused industry, you're likely to excel!
? Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns and maintain existing relationships through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: ? Engage with new members and guide them through the benefits enrollment process ? Customize benefits plans for clients ? Foster relationships with existing and new clients ? Perform administrative duties as needed ? Enroll niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs ? Manage benefits for union and association members ? Provide excellent customer service and support for employee benefits inquiries ? Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation ? Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues ? Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements: ? Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Results-oriented mindset with a focus on goals ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ? Customer service experience is a plus
