We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Entry Level Manager to become part of our remote team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents, overseeing sales activities, and assisting in formulating effective strategies to drive their success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as you will engage with team members on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
? Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to agents.
? Facilitate effective communication with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
? Analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve results.
? Manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to perform tasks efficiently.

Required Skills
? Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and crafting successful strategies.
? Experience in performance monitoring and action plan formulation.

Qualifications
? A bachelor?s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
? Previous experience in sales or the insurance sector is advantageous.
