Working Hours

Evening shifts: 4 PM ? 12 AM (Eastern Time Zone)

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
? Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
? Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
? Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies
? Report recurring issues to management for further action

Hourly Salary Range
