Key Responsibilities
? Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
? Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
? Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
? Monitor cash flow and maintain robust relationships with banking partners.
? Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
? Conduct regular financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making efforts.
? Lead the annual audit process by collaborating with external auditors and organizing necessary documentation.
? Work closely with program directors to align financial resources with the goals of various programs.
? Provide training and support to staff on financial policies and procedures, fostering a culture of financial literacy.

? Profound understanding of non-profit financial management practices, including grant accounting and compliance.

? Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably within the non-profit sector.
