Job Description:

As a Remote Flight Reservationist at LoneStar Voyages, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless flight reservations for our clients. Working remotely, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients worldwide and assist them in booking flights for their dream vacations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Responsibilities: ? Flight Booking: Assist clients in selecting and booking appropriate flight itineraries based on their travel preferences, budget, and schedule requirements. ? Reservation Management: Handle flight reservations efficiently, including checking availability, securing bookings, and processing ticket purchases. ? Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering assistance throughout the flight booking process. ? Reservation Modifications: Handle flight reservation modifications and cancellations as needed, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and documented. ? Knowledge of Airlines and Routes: Stay informed about various airlines, flight routes, and travel restrictions to provide valuable recommendations and assistance to clients. ? Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm flight reservations, provide booking details, and answer any questions they may have. ? Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all flight reservations, including client information, booking details, payment records, and communication history. ? Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including travel advisors and reservation specialists, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aviation, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. ? Proven experience in flight reservations, customer service, or a similar role within the travel industry. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage flight reservations and documentation. ?
