? *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent or a Non LIc Agent to join our team No Lic is Required . The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Our Funeral Assistance Plan to new and existing clients, Adding a Funeral Assistance Plan to the Portfolio Just Make sense

You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success. ? *Responsibilities:**

• Sell and Market our Funeral Assistance Plans all across the USA

• Grow a Large Sales Team across the USA (Leads Provided)

• Find leads, Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

• Conduct policy reviews and update policies as needed

• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
? *Experience:**

• Proven work experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related... field

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

• Strong background in retail sales or customer service

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

• Multilingual abilities are beneficial

• Experience in sales administration and benefits administration is advantageous
