? Job Title: Remote Human Resources Assistant (Entry-Level)*

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Location: Remote (Work-from-Home), United States (Only applicants residing in the United States will be considered)

? Job Summary*

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in human resources and contribute to our mission.
? Responsibilities*

1. *Administrative Support*:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and reports.

2. *Recruitment and Hiring*:

  • Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.

3. *Employee Relations and Communications*:

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist with employee communications, including company-wide announcements and policy updates.

4. *Compliance and Reporting*:

  • Assist with compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and other regulatory reports.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • ? Requirements*

1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2. *Experience*: 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

3. *Skills*:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software.

4. *Certifications/Licenses*: None required, but certifications like SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR are an asset.
