Key Responsibilities
? Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on HR policies, programs, and processes.
? Collaborate with management to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the organization?s strategic objectives.
? Implement HR programs that foster staff development and enhance organizational effectiveness.
? Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
? Analyze HR data to drive improvements in talent management and ensure adherence to best practices.
? Address complex employee relations matters, providing sound guidance on risk mitigation.
? Work alongside subject matter experts to address workplace accommodations and health-related issues.

Compensation And Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is (134,000 to )165,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
