Key Responsibilities
? Deliver engaging instruction in designated subject areas, utilizing video technology for interactive learning.
? Foster a dynamic classroom environment while managing student engagement through effective teaching methodologies.
? Assess student performance through assignments and provide timely feedback to ensure academic success.
? Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Required Skills
? Proficient communication abilities in both verbal and written English.
? Competence in utilizing technological tools for instructional purposes.
? Strong analytical skills to interpret information and follow established guidelines.
? Effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
? Possess a Master's Degree in the relevant discipline or an equivalent field, or
? Hold a Master's Degree in a related cognate field with:
? A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours specific to the discipline, or
? At least 6 graduate credit hours specific to the discipline, alongside:
? Two years or four academic terms of teaching experience in discipline-specific courses at the collegiate level, or
? Five years of discipline-specific teaching experience at the secondary level (grades 7-12) with a valid Pennsylvania teaching license for the relevant discipline.

Work Schedule

Classes are scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, allowing flexibility in teaching hours.
