Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring competitiveness in the market.

HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends.
? Required Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
? * Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
? * Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
? * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
