Job Description:

Delta Airlines is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Provide information on Delta’s services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle customer requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Educational Qualifications:
