Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
