Job Description
As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support representative at Apple, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and troubleshooting issues via live chat. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
