Key Responsibilities: In your capacity as a Nurse Case Manager, you will: ? Deliver thorough medical care coordination for injured employees. ? Oversee patient care by managing appointments, hospital visits, medical equipment procurement, and necessary home modifications. ? Act as a vital liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance entities, ensuring all medical needs are fulfilled.

Required Skills
? Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
? Valid Texas Driver's License and auto insurance.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Bilingual in Spanish to effectively support our diverse patient base.
? Ability to conduct local travel (up to 50%) and attend medical appointments.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
? Previous experience in case management is preferred.
