Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of residence


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems


• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oncology care to patients remotely


• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans


• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans


• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care


• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in EMR systems


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred


• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of oncology nursing experience


• Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is an advantage
